Essential Job Functions:

• Oversee five operations.
• Develop strategies that support continued growth in the five operations.
• Identify, develop, and maintain relationships with national survey and geospatial clients.
• Create and implement processes that allow us to meet budget, utilization, and profitability goals.
• Collaborate with other groups across the firm to provide innovation solutions for our clients.
• Develop and implement strategies to expand existing markets and enter new markets.
• Collaborate with other members of leadership to achieve firm-wide goals.
• Collaborate with the Human Resources team and hiring managers to oversee the recruitment and selection of employee resources.

Required Experience:

• Minimum of 10 years of relevant experience
• Relevant professional certifications and licenses are preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree in related field preferred.
• Professional demeanor and ability to interact within all levels of an organization, both within and outside the firm.
• Excellent leadership, managerial and mentoring/teaching skills.
• Ability to inspire staff through effective motivation and team building.
• Excellent collaboration and relationship-building skills.
• Strong, established relationships within the industry to support continued growth.

Annual Salary Range: $150,000 - $200,000
