Wynne’s ideal Motion Graphics and Video designer is artistic, an intrapreneur, and apply their artistic nature to successfully market B2B software and services globally.

Your focus will be on using motion graphics and video design software and computer platforms to create work to engage the most significant number of people to interact with the design. Your role will be responsible for creating innovative and high-converting assets that directly contribute to the achievement of business KPIs. You will combine your creative experience with our brand to create stunning assets that will strengthen our Marketing strategy.

The successful candidate will take initiative and have a thirst for learning, consider other opinions objectively, have effective communication and collaboration skills, excellent project management skills, a positive spirit, and a can-do attitude. Customer-centric digital assets will include but are not limited to, video, animation, motion graphics, interactive presentations, lead generation tools, etc. You will combine your creative experience with our brand to create stunning assets that will strengthen our Marketing strategy.

You will be reporting to the Director of Marketing, but collaborating daily with marketing, sales, and product development to develop strategies to promote the brand to the target audience. Previous experience designing successful B2B digital marketing campaigns, sales enablement tools, and leveraging marketing technologies is required.
Job Description:
Daily responsibilities:
  • Creating innovative digital assets turning content into visually engaging assets that consistently align with brand standards
  • Collaborating with marketing, product development, and sales teams to create digital assets for multi-media
  • Designing customer-centric, high-converting creative assets to support our efforts in building brand awareness, generating leads, and increasing engagement
  • Multi-task and work balance multiple projects simultaneously while communicating to stakeholders the status of projects and delivery dates
  • Presenting design ideas and speaking to specific SMART goals, numbers, and expected outcomes
  • Analyze the performance of materials for continuous improvement to evolve our design
  • Follow current design trends and marketing technology to ensure designs yield the desired SMART goals and business results
  • Train and develop skills as necessary to support business growth and expansion
  • Execute additional marketing projects as needed
Technical Qualifications and Transferable Skills:
  • 3+ years of related professional experience (B2B and software industries experience a plus)
  • Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite, such as Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, Premiere Pro, After Effects (or a video platform of choice), and comfortable learning Digideck (integrated presentation platform)
  • Experience with Account-Based Marketing desired
  • Understanding of the design process from brainstorming to end user product
  • Excellent communication skills - both written and oral
  • Experience with ABM marketing desired
