GENERAL SUMMARY
This position is crucial part of the loan process to ensure mortgage loan disclosures are issued accurately and in a timely manner. Following established policies and department procedures, the incumbent is responsible for initial mortgage loan application data review and preparing disclosure documents for the loan applicants.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
1. Review new mortgage applications submitted via the Bank’s loan origination system within 24 hours of receipt.
2. Verify the accuracy of data input of loan applications prior to disclosing to the borrower.
3. Generate and issue all initial disclosure packages to the applicants within the regulatory required time frames.

QUALIFICATIONS
- High school diploma or equivalent. College degree is a plus.
- 1 to 3 years of previous experience in a bank residential mortgage lending environment preferred.
- Strong organization and data entry skills.
- PC proficient at the expert level.
- Demonstrated ability to work in a team-oriented environment.
- Must be able to adapt well to a fast paced and constantly changing business environment.
