Moroco Orthodontics is looking to for a special individual to lead our SUPERSTAR team! This position is for an experienced operations manager and team culture queen!
We are searching for a:
Full time, experienced DENTAL OR ORTHODONTIC office Operations Manager and Culture Queen or King to lead our amazing team in Delray Beach, FL (Palm Beach County).
Responsibilities would include (but not necessarily be limited to): Working with other Team Leaders to advance teams/guide them to hit established quarterly financial targets, monitor and maintain production/collections, all things related to HR and team building, team and doctor schedules, team culture calendar/events, oversight/training of Scheduling Coordinators, etc.

Salary will be based on experience, plus benefits including but not limited to: PTO, consistent hours, uniforms, health insurance stipend, 401K, and financial incentives for leading our team to hit established production and collection targets.
