Modernization Manager Job at D&D Elevator
American Elevator Group (AEG) company, a collection of well-established elevator service companies operating across the United States. Backed by Arcline Investment Management, AEG has a significant footprint in the elevator industry and is rapidly growing. We are looking for an experienced Modernization Manager who has lead multiple teams in a dynamic and fast-growing elevator company.
The Modernization Manager directs all fieldwork related to the modernization process. He/She will participate in the design and engineering of the equipment being installed, organize deliveries and ensure Mod teams meet project schedules and work with the Finance team on WIP payment.
Qualified candidates will possess a HS diploma and a minimum of 10 years' experience modernizing elevator equipment. Our preference is for someone who has the ability to do site MOD engineering surveys and was previously a Mod Mechanic. Additional requirements include that candidates must be mechanically and electrically inclined, able to read schematics, prints and field installation manuals, as well as have excellent technical and diagnostic skills with problem solving capability. You must also have a valid Driver’s License and CC card.
