Our company is seeking mental health / counseling professionals who are either recently licensed (ie, within the last three years) or license-eligible (i.e, only supervision hours and/or examination are outstanding) to coach pre-licensed trainees / interns / supervisees. This is a part-time / freelancing role that is 100% virtual, and that has tremendous schedule flexibility.

We have a growing number of pre-licensed mental health trainee / supervisee / intern candidates who desire mentorship and coaching on topics relating to resume building, finding internship placement sites, networking, interviewing for internships or supervision, finding clinical supervisors, navigating internship and clinical supervision and other similar topics.

Successful candidates are affiliated with psychology, substance abuse, social work, professional counseling, marriage and family therapy, and/or other subfields. All candidates must have a master’s degree or higher and should have completed their own formal internship for their respective mental health subfield.

Candidates should be skilled at presenting, coaching, instructing, and should have a good working knowledge (based on their own experience) on the issues and challenges that mental health trainees face in route to their career. Candidates are expected to have a strong online presence and have the credentials and background that place them in credible position in the eyes of our candidates. And most importantly, candidates should be passionate about helping trainees (ie., future mental health professionals) succeed on their career journey.

Compensation is based on hourly or flat rates.
