• Duties and responsibilities:

• Administers Medication According to Policy and Procedure
• Completes and performs all treatments according to policy standards and physicians orders.
• Provide personal care assistance/services as required or instructed
• Observe and report any changes in resident’s physical/emotional condition to the licensed nurse
