Responsibilities:
- Transcribe medical reports from audio recordings.
- Proofread and edit transcribed documents for accuracy and completeness.
- Maintain accurate records of transcribed documents.
- Understand medical terminology and abbreviations.
- Follow established guidelines for formatting and structure of documents.
- Communicate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to clarify information in reports.
