We are looking for a couple of medical scribes to work full-time.

This non-exempt position is responsible for the clerical and information technology functions for the physicians in a urology specialty clinical setting. The primary role is to assist the Healthcare Providers with documentation of the patient’s medical charts and entering the information into the Electronic Medical Records (EMR) during their visit to the clinic. This includes accompanying the provider into the patient examination area in order to transcribe the patients’ history, patient examination, diagnosis, follow up directions, and to accurately document the providers encounter with the patient and others present, into the EMR. The key goal is to increase the physician’s productivity, efficiencies, and effectiveness. This position plays an integral role on the clinical team, by providing real-time charting for physicians by shadowing them throughout their shift and performing a variety of helpful tasks.
