We are an MD VIP practice that empowers people to reach their health and wellness goals through in-depth knowledge, expertise and ongoing coaching with some of the finest primary care doctors in America has an immediate opportunity for a full-time Medical Assistant.

Job Qualifications:
- 2+ years experience in a medical office or comparable setting [Internal Medicine experience is a plus]
- Exceptional teamwork, communication and customer service skills
- Knowledge of computer systems including EMR [experience with Athena Health is plus]
- Demonstrates excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to interface with patients, physicians, and coworkers in a tactful, informed and service‐oriented manner
- Answers the telephone and either responds to inquiry, directs caller to appropriate personnel, or initiates a triage case for response by clinical personnel
- Schedule appointments, check-in/check-out and manage patients in the Electronic Medical Record (EMR) system.
- Maintain complete patient records [scanning & proper labeling of documents into EMR system]
- Performs other routine clinical duties as assigned
- Administer venipuncture / injections as needed.
