The Colonnade at Northdale is an upscale Assisted Living and Memory Care community in Tampa, Florida. Our community offers a unique assisted living experiences, exquisite cuisine prepared daily by the chef, a wide variety of zestful activities and personalized heartful care from our compassionate and respectful staff.
In the role of a Medication Technician (CMA) who will provide excellent hands-on care to our residents daily. The incumbent will deliver timely medication, observe, document, and report resident status and ensure the health, comfort, and safety of our residents in accordance with company procedures and standards. Perform various other resident-focused tasks as assigned.
Schedule: 8-hour shift 3pm-11pm and 11pm-7am, days will vary, weekend availability
Rate of Pay: Starting at $16.00 per hour depending on experience. Competitive shift differential for 3p-11p shift.

Requirements
- High School diploma/GED or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Must have a current/valid Med-Tech certificate.
- Must have compassion for and desire to work with the elderly.
- Must have attention to detail, be flexible/adaptable, have safety awareness, and be a team player.
- Must successfully pass a Level 2 background screening
