You'll get to....

• Conduct comprehensive intakes and assessments of client needs, to develop individualized service plans, identify and assists in the removal of these barriers.

• Develop, implement, monitor, and evaluate individualized service plans with each client; by monitoring and evaluating client progress towards set goals and adjusts plans as necessary with clients.

• Assist clients in finding and retaining employment by acquiring the necessary soft skills. Following up with clients and employers to ensure a smooth integration into the workplace.

Are you the newest Match Grant Case Manager?

• A belief that ending poverty is possible.
• Bachelor’s degree in related field and 2 years of experience in social work preferred, or a combination of practical, relevant work experience and some education in related field.
• Familiarity with refugee populations and their needs is preferred.
• Bilingual in a current refugee language, strongly preferred.
• Must have reliable transportation, a current Texas driver’s and evidence of auto liability insurance.
• Must be willing to occasionally drive agency vehicles as well as personal vehicle for job purposes.
