About the Position: The primary responsibility of the Marketing Specialist E-Commerce is to effectively market, manage and grow the E-Commerce Product Support Business. This will include both customer and internal training of Parts.Cat.com. This position will also promote CAT Inspect App, Electronic Technician and other digital efforts for the Product Support Team. Continually review updates to the CAT digital offerings in order to support and advise all Harnish Group, Inc. and our member companies.

Responsibilities include developing strong knowledge of company-wide digital products in order to become a subject matter expert. Develop and execute long-term strategies with focus on digital that will expand our market position for our company. Lead our communication effort across our organization to ensure the best customer experience. Resolve customer questions or concerns relating to our digital programs.

Qualifications & Experience Needed: Previous experience in heavy or rental equipment is preferred. The ideal candidate will have excellent verbal and written communication skills, be self-motivated with attention to detail and is results-oriented. Ability to utilize effectively Microsoft Office Products such as Excel and PowerPoint. A valid driver's license is required to for some training on Caterpillar machines.
