GROWMARK’s enterprise marketing department holistically builds marketing strategies, plans and processes to execute with efficiency and focus, which ensures company and system growth. The renewed focus of enterprise marketing at GROWMARK will be identifying and maximizing the development and deployment of digital marketing and communication programs. What Will You Do
Provides leadership in the implementation, overall execution and support of the FS and GROWMARK brand multi-channel strategic marketing programs. Leads efforts in developing multi-channel collaterals and content for use across multiple platforms focused on digital marketing and includes internal and external print materials. Oversees management of placing and support of media across digital and print platforms in coordination with members that drive sales and build customer engagement and loyalty. Assures that the GROWMARK System’s marketing thrust is creative, focused, branded, effective, and coordinated across all divisions.
- Directs and maximizes the development and deployment of digital marketing and communication programs. Determines System marketing information needs and coordinates efforts to gather and utilize such information. Leads the evaluation process to assess marketing effectiveness and results and recommends corrective action where necessary.
- Develops and executes marketing strategies with clearly defined goals, personas, journey touchpoints and with tactical marketing experience and plans for enterprise distribution and deployments with KPI’s and data analysis.
- Lead team of marketing implementation specialists aligned by channel (email, print, digital, events, etc.).
- Responsible for risks, issues and escalation management of member companies and internal employees.
- Responsible for ensuring holistic channel mix based on target customer preference data in go-to-market plan.
- Responsible to lead team to end-to-end coordination and process efficiencies of building, testing, and implementing Marketing tactics as well as support functions works to establish and/or meet SLA (service level agreement) including timely and accurate invoices, inventory management, and reimbursements.
- Responsible for partnering with Member Resources area on communicating promotions for Marketing initiatives.
- Partner closely with other Marketing managers to ensure process efficiencies, execution, and cross-sell mindset brought into strategy conversations.
- Responsible managing processes and vendors to promote, inventory, and purchase Marketing and sales items such as: GROWMARK store giveaways/apparel, marketing collateral tool, event displays, location signage, etc.
What Skills are Required
- Normally requires a bachelor’s degree in marketing or business, or the equivalent thereof, and 5 years or more of Marketing related work experience to demonstrate knowledge of Marketing Execution, Channel Management, and Vendor Management.
- Preferred experience with marketing automation, event planning and execution and digital media.
- Must have and maintain a valid driver's license and the ability to travel independently and overnight when necessary. Must have the ability to obtain and maintain a valid passport.
- Frequently required to lift and move 21-50 lbs.
