Marketing Coordinator

Job Description Overview:

TOCA is looking for a Marketing Coordinator to support our marketing department. This position will perform a range of marketing duties to support the day-to-day operations of the marketing department. The Marketing Coordinator reports to the Sr. Director of Marketing but works with several other members of the marketing team as well as cross-functional teams as needed. From day one, this individual will contribute to existing marketing programs, while assisting with the development of new initiatives as TOCA grows. Our ideal candidate has experience with a wide range of marketing functions, including marketing asset creation/management, events, consumer research, and analytics.

Key Responsibilities:

• Craft marketing materials across all tactics and product lines including:
  • Automated emails
  • Promotional materials
  • Social Media
  • Web
  • Print Materials
• Work with Corporate Marketing Team, AGMs, Graphic Designers, and Vendors to deliver ongoing centers marketing requests such as seasonal marketing toolkits, FKO cards, giveaway items, and other needs
• Research consumer trends including social media, apparel, and behavior
• Support partnership and influencer outreach and engagement
• Provide event support as needed
• Organize and maintain content and asset libraries for each product line making sure all resources are accurate and current while coordinating new material creation as needed
• Setup and maintain tracking systems for marketing campaigns and online activities
• Ad-hoc projects

Required Skills/Abilities:

• Enjoys taking on new challenges and learning quickly on their feet
• Ability to work under pressure and meet quick deadlines
• A creative mind with superb written and verbal communication skills

• Experience in a start-up environment
• Willingness and ability to pivot as business needs change
• Proficient in Google Suite, Notion, HubSpot, Microsoft Office, Photoshop, and web editing tools

Education and Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing/communications or related (essential)
• 1-2 years’ Experience in marketing content/asset creation & management
