Marine/Boat Dealership Service Manager In- Oahu Hawaii
Must Have 5+ years in the US Marine Industry (at least 2 in Management Role) to be considered for this position
Looking for a Experienced and motivated Self Starters to provide outstanding Management in our Service Department. Extensive Marine Industry experience required with both Outboard Motors and Power Boats.
- Yamaha. Honda and Mercury/Mercruiser experience A+.
- Boston Whaler, Sea Ray, Hurricane, Worldcat, Robalo and Repower/Rigging experience helpful
- Must Have Strong organizational & Multi tasking skills
- Lightspeed EVO or other DMS experience necessary
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Perform Service on Outboards
- Estimate and quote various service work
- Schedule and coordinate service work efficiently
- Manage Shop and yard personnel
- Assist in training of employees
- Customer contact and billing
- Extensive phone contact and e-mailing with customer's and manufacturers.
- Work with mechanics on troubleshooting
- Ensure timely delivery of new boats with Sales Dept
- Work with Sales Dept on Repower rigging Jobs
- File warranties in a timely manner
