We are looking for bright and engaging personalities with positive energy to fill multiple positions in a super modern light manufacturing environment to continue to fuel our company’s impressive growth. Accel operates two modern factories in CT and one in IN and a new one being built in Florida. No prior wire fabricating experience is necessary...we will teach you. You will start with $23 per hour and work your way up to $32 per hour in a few years! We also pay 6 months retainer bonus of $1,000 twice a year with an annual bonus of up to $5,000 so the total bonus opportunity is $7,000 per year. We have positions available in Avilla, IN.

Shifts:
- 2nd (3pm-11pm)
Note - our 3rd shift starts MONDAY NIGHT at 11pm and ends Saturday morning at 7am.

Safety Requirements
- Must wear safety shoes (steel toe), wear safety eyeglasses, wear safety ear protections
- Must participate in company ear testing surveillance
- Must be able to work with sharp tooling such as scissors, cutters, knives, and other materials required to handle wire
- Must be able to lift 50lbs and stand for long periods of time
- Requires pushing, pulling, bending, twisting, reaching
