Job Title: Manufacturing Planning and Control Manager
Leads direct reports in Master Scheduling, Analysis and Production Control. Responsible for scheduling and execution of manufacturing activities and dispatch through facility to meet company's goals for end item deliveries. Interface with Product Line Teams, Purchasing, Warehouse, Operations, Quality, Engineering, Program Management and Finance organizations in performance of company's objectives.

Your Challenge:
- Coordinates requirements with Product Line Team Planning.
- Responsible for production scheduling activities to ensure manufacture of product to support delivery requirements per the master production schedule (MPS),including timely identification of schedule constraints and development of recovery plans.
- Supervises coordination of required production control dispatch activities, identification of potential disruptions in production flow or delays in procurements, and support in their resolution.
- Manages production forecast commitments, schedule changes, and short-range recovery actions using enterprise resource planning system.
- Develops and enforces standard processes for Planning and Production control across Product Line Teams
Your Expertise:
- College degree in associated field or equivalent work experience required
- Working knowledge of MS Office - Excel, Word, Power Point, MS-Project
- Previous ERP system knowledge
- APICS Membership/Certification desired
- Supply Chain Management certification desired
- Relevant Material Requirements Planning (MRP) experience, Scheduling, Production Control, and Production Expediting, including previous supervisory experience.
- High level of problem solving and analytical skills.
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
- Must be able to work independently and make own decisions.
- Capable of reading and understanding bills of materials, blueprint reading, supportive manufacture documentation, Project releases, Sales Orders, Shop Orders, Requisitions and Purchase Orders, Routings and Job Shop Travelers.
- Must possess the leadership ability to work independently and drive team execution.
