SUMMARY
Perform Maintenance of all Module Plant Equipment

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

1. General maintenance
- Operation of all plant equipment.
- Support production regarding equipment.
- Perform, complete daily check sheet.
- Maintain and perform 3R5S in work areas related to maintenance property and equipment.
- Make list and repair damaged objects regarding equipment.
- Record process data required per ADEM and OEM related equipment.
2. Preventive Maintenance
- Perform, complete preventive maintenance with SAP work orders.
- Perform weekend work plan tasks.
- Performs shutdown and holiday work plan tasks.
- Make suggestions for improving of PM.
3. Breakdown Maintenance
- Conduct troubleshooting for equipment problems or breakdowns
- Repair equipment as needed.
- Complete downtime log for every downtime event.
- Complete trouble report with countermeasure or improvement report.
4. Communication
- Communicate with each dept. regarding maintenance
- Share information for shift change meeting regarding any maintenance daily issue.
5. Health and safety
- Maintains Personal Protective Equipment (OSHA Standards)
- Comply with all safety rules and guidance, as well as report all recognized hazards.
6. Report results for check sheet and 3R5S.
7. Report results for SAP work order, weekend & shutdown and holiday work plan tasks.
8. Report related equipment breakdown issues.
9. Follow Module Maintenance work standards.
10. All other duties assigned

Qualifications/Experience:

1. High School Graduate/GED

2. Two or more years of maintenance technician experience

3. Knowledge of pneumatics, hydraulic, electrical and mechanical systems.

4. Knowledge of EC Tool Robots and PLCs.

5. Total Productive Maintenance

Working Conditions:
Must be able to ascend/ descend ladders and stairs, lift 70-75lbs, operate hand tools, pneumatic tools, power tools, inspect equipment for needed maintenance, position to crouch, crawl, kneel, and stoop. Communicate with multiple levels of Team Members, be exposed to confined spaces and multiple chemicals.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $25.00 - $29.00 per hour

• McCalla, AL 35111: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)

Education:

• High school or equivalent (Required)

Experience:

• maintenance technician: 2 years (Required)
• Industrial maintenance: 2 years (Preferred)
• pneumatics, hydraulic, electrical and mechanical systems: 1 year (Preferred)
• Total Productive Maintenance: 1 year (Preferred)
