We have a national and global footprint with a significant portfolio of financial services clients spanning across banking, insurance, global markets, asset and wealth management, and payments. Our clients range from the largest, premier global banks, insurers, and financial institutions to super-regional and community banking clients, asset managers, and Fintech start-ups.


How you will contribute:

  • Serve as a Trusted Advisor to the client within the areas of business process optimization, financial reporting/management reporting, R2R implementations (Trintech and Workiva), and control environment
  • Lead the execution of client finance process improvement initiatives to improve process effectiveness, efficiency and control – including current state assessments/benchmarking, future state process modeling/design and from/to transition execution.
  • Assess client processes and related activities to develop, execute strategies to increase the leverage of advanced automation capabilities
  • Coordinate with leadership on all phases of the engagement, including execution of the project deliverables, communications with the project team, staffing requirements, job planning, and scheduling
  • Build upon client relationship efforts to market and cross-sell the various services provided by the firm
  • Provide overall leadership, training, mentoring and performance feedback to team members including ensuring deliverables are delivered timely
  • Serve in more of a leadership role on client work as technical knowledge and experience grows
  • Support any training and mentoring to staff and interns, as necessary
  • Perform other duties as assigned by the firm's leadership

We are looking for people who have Forward Vision and:

  • Strong oral, written, and overall communication skills
  • Strong analytical and critical thinking skills with the ability to solve problems in an ever-changing environment
Qualifications:

Minimum Qualifications:

  • 8+ years of advisory, consulting, or relevant industry experience required
  • 4+ years of professional level project management experience required
  • BA or BS in Accounting, Finance, Business, or related field
  • Proficiency in MS Office: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook
  • CPA Certification
  • Ability to travel, if needed

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Master’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or related field
  • Prior experience managing teams of 2 or more full time employees preferred
  • Advanced Microsoft office suite expertise
  • Experience with Workiva and/or Trintech or adaptable to learning new technology solutions
