- Salary starting at $43,000
- $1000 sign on bonus after 90 days

Responsibilities:
- Scheduling
- Managing and Leading Staff
- Monitoring and Purchasing Inventory
- Ensuring Compliance with all Food Service Regulations
- Training
- Overseeing the Day-to-Day Business Operations
- Ensuring Excellent Customer Service
- Sharing in the Responsibility of the Overall Success of the Restaurant
Qualifications:?
- Supervisory, Management, or other Leadership Responsibilities in a Food Service Setting
- Knowledge of, or Certification in, Food Handling Procedures
- Experience Training and Mentoring New Staff
- Evidence of the Ability to Exercise Good Judgment
- Basic Math Skills
- Basic Computer Literacy.
- A High School Diploma or GED.
