Position: Manager E-Commerce

Job Summary

As E-Commerce Manager, you will be responsible for optimizing the customer experience with our online store, Ivy Shop, using data to continually improve experience and drive sales. The ideal candidate will be an experienced E-Commerce professional with expertise and passion for continually driving both revenue and user experience.

Detailed Responsibilities

  • Maintaining and optimizing the E-Commerce operations for Ivyshop.com
  • Managing all aspects of the E-Commerce operations - including maintaining the online store, posting new items, and responding to customer support messages
  • Analyzing sales and customer behavior (i.e. checkout flow) to improve site performance
  • Monitoring website’s inventory levels
  • Responsible for KPI achievement and reporting
  • Overseeing the site’s fulfillment process from picking to shipping
  • Working closely with location partners to identify ways to drive traffic to online and physical stores
  • Utilizing social media channels to generate excitement and traffic
  • Manage strategy and execution of marketing plans, encompassing email, social media, and digital marketing
  • Own and execute marketing calendar for the online store
  • Responsible for marketing budget allocation across all relevant digital channels (email, social media, digital, and paid)
  • Working with Rank + Rally e-commerce team to drive improvements to the online store
  • Supporting in the accurate completion of inventory to prevent shrinkage
  • Attend management meetings to build collaboration with other departments at the location
  • Manage relationship with internal and external stakeholders

Skills and Experience

  • Experience in retail and/or e-commerce environments
  • Degree in Marketing, Management, Business Intelligence or similar is preferred
  • Familiarity with social media and digital advertising
  • Familiarity with Microsoft suite and data visualization tools
  • Experience with website management platforms. Shopify preferred
  • Experience in customer service
  • Design experience with tools such as Photoshop or Canva are preferred
  • Experience working on a small business and possessing an entrepreneurial mindset is a plus
  • Photography experience is ideal
  • Excellent interpersonal and stakeholder management skills
  • Curiosity for new technology and retail industry trends
  • Basic understanding of professional baseball
