Ruby's Sandwich and Ice Cream Shoppe in downtown Paw Paw, MI is looking for a general manager. We are a small, deli-style sandwich and ice cream shop. After opening the store and nearly 4 years our current manager Samantha is moving. The ideal candidate for this job has prior food experience and preferably management experience. We are open Monday - Saturday 11 am - 8 pm. This is a full-time position. The candidate will be responsible for making a schedule, bi-weekly ordering of products, management of staff, creation of new products, scheduling of caterings and working hands on with the owner. A positive attitude, ability to compromise and work as a team are the most important traits. We can train an individual on the menu and process. Applications are being accepted now.
