We are seeking an experienced, collaborative and highly motivated Benefits Manager with a passion for continual process improvement to join our Total Rewards team. In this role you will assure the design and administration of benefits programs and policies in support of Total Rewards philosophy and benefits strategy.

We are seeking an experienced, collaborative and highly motivated Benefits Manager with a passion for continual process improvement to join our Total Rewards team. In this role you will assure the design and administration of benefits programs and policies in support of Total Rewards philosophy and benefits strategy.
Responsibilities:
As a Manager, Benefits, you will:
- Design and execute health and welfare benefit programs that support our culture, associates, and total rewards strategy
- Effectively manage and collaborate with vendors and external partners, including managing performance of contracts to ensure maximum value of services is delivered
- Create communications campaigns to align with program rollout or refresh to keep employees engaged in programs
- Determine key performance indicators for our benefit programs and track baseline utilization to measure plan effectiveness
- Assists in the development and monitoring of benefit plan budgets
- Effectively engage and guide two direct reports on all benefits initiatives

We seek people with these qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree preferred but not required
- 5+ years of experience in employee benefits or a related field
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in HRIS software, preferable Ceridian Dayforce
