Description
The Management Trainee program will provide exposure and practical experience in a variety of beef plant operations, including:
- Production Floor Operations
- Maintenance
- Wastewater and Environmental Compliance
- Employee Safety
- Food Safety & Quality
- HR/IT/Accounting
- Animal Well-Being
Upon completion of the program, successful participants will be prepared to assume a management level position within the plant.
Must be a graduated senior by summer 2022 with a GPA of 3.0 or higher.
