Maintenance Worker Job at The Cozy Cosmo LLC
The Cozy Cosmo LLC is seeking a reliable Handyman to assist in regular and emergency maintenance for multiple properties in the Winston Salem/ Kernersville area. We are seeking individuals who have experience in the property management industry and has an eager attitude. This individual must be trustworthy, flexible, possess great communication skills, capable with technology, and be apt in problem-solving. You will need reliable transportation.
Minimum 2 years of experience with service and repairs
Experience in the following:
- Drywall Repair / Patching / Caulking
- Light plumbing
- Light electrical
- Painting
- Performing maintenance and light repairs
- Minor repairs/replacements on appliances
- Other miscellaneous maintenance work
Requirements
- Must have valid ID
- Must provide your own tools
- Willing to work overtime and weekends, if needed
- Must have transportation
SKILLS
1. Self -starter with strong time management, organizational and problem solving skills.
2. Ability to think on one’s feet to effectively solve problems.
3. Communicating clearly and concisely, orally, electronically and in writing.
4. Strong customer service and people skills.
5. Ability to use various tools pertaining to a job in a safe manner.
6. Establishing and maintaining effective working relationships with those contacted in the course of work
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $16.00 - $22.00 per hour

- Evening shift
- Monday to Friday
- On call
- Weekend availability
