Duties and Responsibilities
Support and maintain manufacturing/production machinery.
Troubleshoot and repair of electrical controls, hydraulic, and pneumatic equipment.
Perform repairs using electrical and mechanical blueprints.
Perform pipe and conduit runs, wire pulling, and equipment.
Assist plant as needed.
Skills and Experience
HS Diploma/GED RequiredAssociates in Maintenance Technology, Electronics or Electronic Technology is preferred
3 years' experience in a manufacturing maintenance environment,
Experienced trouble-shooting PLC, electronic, hydraulic and pneumatic equipment, stock room parts management, inventory, parts ordering.
Desired PLC Programming Skills: Allen Bradley series, Compact Logic, PLC5, SLC 500, MicroLogix, Client FANUC 90-3
Programming software: RS LOGIX 5, 500, 5000
HMI Screens: Allen Bradley; Panel builder 32, Automation direct; C-more.
Must be willing to work OT as needed
Work Schedule:
1st Shift: 7pm to 7:15am 4 nights on and 4 nights off
12 hour shifts/Weekends Required
Pay:
$25-$30 based on experience
