Answers maintenance calls, performs mechanical, electrical, plumbing, or carpentry as needed.
Works on special projects as needed
Performs planned maintenance on equipment and machinery
Cleans and/or adjusts all equipment
Ensures the security of the facility is maintained
Operates a forklift for the purpose of loading and unloading materials and equipment as necessary (permit required).
Properly documents work performed or other maintenance documentation as necessary
