The Maintenance Technician performs general maintenance and minor repairs as well as preventive maintenance on all OCDSNB owned and managed facilities. All work shall be completed in compliance with all governmental safety regulations and agency procedures.
This position requires basic knowlede of repair techniques for buildings to include carpentry, electrical, plumbing, etc. There is the possibilty of lifting, climbing, balancing, stooping, crawling, reaching, standing, walking, pushing, and pulling. Position requires the ability to lift up to 50 pounds unassisted and up to 125 pounds with assistance. This is a full-time position requiring at minimum a High School Diploma and valid SC Dirver's License with good driving record. SC State (PEBA) Retirement and Health Benefits offered.

Pay: $13.00 - $17.00 per hour
