Maintenance Technician Job at OceanView at Falmouth
OceanView is a 21st Century Retirement Community located in Falmouth, Maine and is currently seeking a Maintenance and/or Landscape Technician to join our team. The Maintenance Technician is an important role to our community and ensures not only the beauty of our campus, but the safety of our residents.
This is a full-time position responsible for assisting with general building and property maintenance.
Must have the physical ability to lift, as well as the ability to perform the physical requirements of the job including lifting, bending, stooping, walking, reaching, kneeling, climbing, and standing for varied periods. Needs to be available for emergency issues and snow removal. Will participate in an on call rotation, shared by the Maintenance Team.
We're looking for someone with a strong work ethic and a positive team player.
