Town Laurel Crossing is looking for an experienced Maintenance Supervisor to head up our maintenance department.

Our ideal candidate will be an enthusiastic and organized independent worker with an excellent work ethic who is ready to jump into a fast-paced environment. Experience in all aspects of apartment maintenance is preferred. Excellent customer service ability required. A qualified candidate will have the ability to work with plumbing, electrical, drywall/painting, HVAC, and appliance repairs Must have your own basic tools and reliable transportation.
