Maintenance Supervisor - H Job at Chinook Winds
Position Summary
Responsible for scheduling and inspecting all maintenance and repair work for the Chinook Winds Casino Resort Hotel. Supervises and oversees all maintenance, technical/trades staff.
Essential Functions
- Provides direction and supervision in the ongoing facility/grounds maintenance and repair at Chinook Winds Casino Resort.
- Participates in the selection of new maintenance personnel; provides training; evaluates performance and recommends personnel transactions.
- Coordinates assignments and projects
- Maintains records of maintenance, repairs, systems, and equipment
- Develops and updates maintenance schedules
- Develops and maintains a team work environment.
- Monitors staff performance to ensure Chinook Winds customer service standards are achieved.
- Makes recommendations on system changes and improvements.
- Identifies and reports any irregular, unsafe or hazardous conditions.
- Participates in other maintenance related projects as directed.
- Performs all duties in accordance with Chinook Winds customer service standards.
- Maintains general knowledge of Chinook Winds operations, programs, promotions, events and services.
- Assists in creation of departmental capital and operational budgets
- Other duties as assigned by Facilities Management

Education
High School diploma or GED Preferred
Experience
Five years related Experience + Two years supervisory experience. Strong background in all construction trades.
Computer Skills
Microsoft Office intermediate level including Word, Excel, and Outlook
Experience with computer controlled preventive maintenance and work order systems
Certificates & Licenses
Oregon Drivers License (class C)
