Our Property Management Company seeks an experienced and inspiring Maintenance Supervisor with 5 years experience in property maintenance along with 3+ years of supervisory experience, to join the team at our apartment community located in Fredericksburg, VA.
This is a full-time position offering competitive pay and generous benefits including medical, dental, vision and 401k.
Requirements:
- General knowledge of all aspects of property maintenance repair and service including plumbing, electrical, appliance repair
- HVAC -EPA/HVAC Certification - Required
- CPO Certification - preferred
- Previous renovation/rehab or construction experience preferred
- Previous maintenance experience required
- Prior multi-family maintenance experience preferred
- High School graduate or technical school preferred
- Budget management and leadership/management skills required
- Yardi - preferred
This position is eligible for a quarterly bonus plan.!
Work hours are scheduled around the requirements of the property and are subject to change as needed.
