Exciting Challenges
Assist in the review of problems with production injection molds.
· Provide advice on themost effective method to repair or modify molds.
· Identify, correct, and document the root causes of tool related defects.
· Hands-on repair and rebuilding of injection molds.
· Set-up, adjust and operate tool room machinery.
· Draw sketches and calculate dimensions, as required.
· Perform preventive maintenance on all molds (disassembly, troubleshooting, repairing, cleaning, and assembly).
· Prepare molds for shipment to outside tool shops for repairs and receive molds after repairs have been completed.
· Maintain maintenance log and work history with Windows based software.
· Follow the performance of each mold that has been repaired/rebuilt.
· Other duties as assigned.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $26.65 - $26.70 per hour
