Maintenance Person Job at Horizon Property Management

We are excited to fill our full time maintenance position. Adding a valued member to our team who has a positive attitude and wants to accomplish the tasks laid out before them! This person must be a self starter who can recognize a problem and find a solution. Will need to work well with others and be able to communicate effectively. Job starts at $22.00 - $25.00 per hour, based on experience, with a monthly bonus, includes a 401 K, medical benefits with paid vacation and personal days. Requires minimal weekend and night work.
Responsibilities
Must have skills to trouble shoot HVAC, paint, sheet rock repair, plumbing, landscaping and simple electrical. Must be able to work well with others and have a positive attitude. All tools and equipment are provided.
Qualifications
Must have one year of verifiable maintenance experience. References are required. All employees undergo a criminal and background verification upon hire. Must have reliable transportation and valid drivers license.
