Overview:
Complete Building Services, a building operation, and facilities maintenance company, is currently seeking a Maintenance Mechanic for a facility in Hanover, MD. CBS is a division of The Donohoe Companies, Inc. - Washington's oldest real estate company. The hours are Monday through Friday 8:30 am to 5:00 pm.
Responsibilities:
Candidate must have five (5) years experience in basic maintenance of the following:
- Repairs of basic electrical, lights and ballast
- Painting and drywall
- Plumbing and maintenance on exhaust fans
- Change AHU filters
- Change fan belts, unit heaters, waterless toilet, fan-coil units
- Experience with fire alarm panels along with daily equipment tours
- Perform other duties as assigned
You will need to have:
- Five (5) years of experience
- Reliable transportation
- Be willing to work occasional over time as necessary
- Strong customer service skills
