Maintenance Manager Job at Olin

Essential Functions*:
- Coach and develop the Maintenance Team, including direct report staff of people leaders, to promote teamwork, productivity, follow-up, and execution.
- Partner with production management, engineering, and shop floor personnel to solve equipment problems quickly, safely, and effectively.
- Manage maintenance budget and coordinate annual budget submission; develop and implement Capital Asset Requests.
- Organize, prioritize, and execute Total Productive Maintenance (TPM) initiatives to improve equipment operational availability.
- Effectively meet department initiatives by managing and improving work order completion time, part organization and stockouts, machine downtime, and staffing priorities.
Position Requirements*:
- Bachelor's Degree**; Engineering or another Technical field strongly preferred.
- Minimum 5 years of Maintenance or Engineering experience in high volume continuous manufacturing operation.
- Minimum 3 years of supervisory experience preferred.
- Microsoft Office product proficiency; SAP work order system knowledge.
- Experience with machine rebuild techniques, machining operations, and Total Productive Maintenance (TPM) methodologies.
- Operational knowledge of CNC Programming preferred.
- Budget Planning experience preferred.
- This position requires access to ITAR controlled technical data, and as such, employment will be contingent upon the candidate's ability to access ITAR controlled technical data pursuant to an export license approved by the Directorate of Defense Trade Controls, if required
- This position requires successful vetting as an Employee Possessor in accordance with U.S. Department of Justice and the Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms and Explosives.
- Prior Winchester experience in a relevant position preferred
