Maintenance Lead
- Job Summary: The Maintenance Lead acts as a working lead, performs and assigns work to maintenance workers to keep the building, physical plant and surrounding environment safe - clean and in good condition for residents.

- Minimum 2 - 3 years of experience in health care or institutional setting / lead or supervisory experience preferred.
