Highland Green in Topsham, The Northeast Premier 55+ Active Adult Lifestyle Community, is seeking qualified applicants for a Landscape/Grounds Maintenance Crew.

As a member of our crew, you'll be responsible for caring for the grounds of the Community by providing exceptional customer service to our residents.

Landscape/Grounds Crew duties include and are not limited to:

· This position will perform work of routine difficulty under limited supervision while complying with OSHA safety and health rules.

· Members of our crew maintain a physically active daily outdoor schedule in all weather conditions.

· We like to hire individuals who are self-motivated, enjoy outdoor physical labor, and working hard to achieve results.

REQUIREMENTS:

· Prior experience in small engine repair, general maintenance of sub compact tractors, work trucks and zero turn mowers is also preferred, but not required.

· Prior experience operating ExMark and Walker Mowers is preferred but not required.

· Prior manual labor experience, especially with operating Landscape/ Grounds Maintenance tools and equipment is preferred.

· Must have a valid driver's license and a clean driving record.

· Employees are required to adhere to a mandatory flexible schedule to deal with emergency situations and inclement weather conditions.

· Highland Green is a non-smoking community and smoking is prohibited on property.

Pay: $15.00 - $17.00 per hour
