Attaway Hauling, a fast-growing, FAMILY-OWNED company, is currently looking to for an experienced maintenance clerk based out of Fairburn, GA. We are a transportation company hauling waste, debris, and recyclables to landfills for our customers. Our fleet is full of road tractors, aluminum 48' and 53' trailers, and off-road wheel loaders.

Job Title: Maintenance Administrator
Department: Fairburn Shop
Reports To: Fleet Manager
SUMMARY: Responsible for ordering and receiving parts for Metro-Atlanta locations as well as (but not limited to) scheduling repairs, preventative maintenance, and managing daily maintenance issues.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES include the following, other duties may be assigned:
- Responsible for all parts purchased and received to T3 locations (Fairburn, Lawrenceville)
- Responsible for all outside repairs, inside repairs, and parts invoices in Fairburn and Lawrenceville
- Assist Field Support Supervisor in daily reviewing and managing all VIRs and PM schedule
- Control inventory in Fairburn and Lawrenceville
- Code invoices for accounting department
- Works with T3 vendors in considering credit applications, handling complaints, and negotiating prices.
- Responsible for-profit management in the Parts Department and must examine department financial statements, including expenses and revenue, to ensure the department’s profitability.
- Work together with Field Support Supervisor and lead technicians at each location in scheduling repairs, managing technicians, and maintaining the fleet

WORK ENVIRONMENT
The work environment characteristics described here are representative of those an employee encounters while performing the essential functions of this job. Working conditions are normal for a Body Shop environment. Individual may be exposed to dust, exhaust fumes, and a variety of hazardous and non-hazardous material.
GOALS
- Review and close open repair orders and purchase orders every single day tracking down the necessary paperwork to close
- No purchase orders or repair orders open pushed into next month
- PMs and VIRs finished within one day of scheduling
- Schedule in advance – have parts delivered on time, PM scheduled before they are overdue, and write ups delivered every single day.
