- Maintenance Worker
Experienced Maintenance Technician for multiple Mobile Home properties in the Nash, Texarkana, Wake Village area.
Must have knowledge and experience in:
- Sheetrock
- Flooring
- Plumbing
- Electrical
- Painting
- Landscaping
- Outside work
Qualities required:
- Must Have Drivers Licence
- Reliable Transportation
- Responsible
- Honest
- Good Time Management Skills
Day shift hours Monday Thru Friday with an occasional evenings if finishing a job.
On Call Weekends (Friday-Sunday) after 90 Days
