A family in Madison Park is looking for a Household Manager - Nanny for their family as their current nanny transitions to part-time as she is expanding her business. Their children are 9 and 12 years of age. This family truly loves the PNW and enjoys paddle boarding, kayaking, hiking, skiing - every weekend when open, and boating on warm summer days. Now that the children are older, they love taking them on trips to explore. Both their children enjoy school, tennis lessons, and spending time with their cousins and friends in the neighborhood. During the summer, they enjoy going on walks, swimming, and a few camps here and there. Both children assist in family chores and are genuinely respectful, kind, and loving kiddos.

FAMILY VALUES: They value kindness, first and foremost. Secondly, they are all about education and see that this is a top priority. They value their nanny's contribution to the household and see them as an integral part of the family.

ABOUT THE NANNY: They are seeking a house manager that is incredibly proactive, detail-orientated, and is confident in managing a household, and enjoys supporting school-aged children. They are looking for a good role model/mentor for their children. Someone who enjoys being active, swimming in the lake with them, and going on urban hikes. DAYS AND HOURS: This position can be anywhere from 3 to 5 days a week, excluding the weekends, from 7a to 6:30p. Must-have days are Wednesday, Thursday, and Friday.

RATE: This family offers a competitive/market wage depending on experience; please state your asking wage in the application.

QUALIFICATIONS:

-Clean background check

-CPR/First Aid certified and or willing to do so before the start date

-Clean driving record

-Non-smoking, vaping, or illegal drugs

-Willing to stay up-to-date on vaccines

-2 years min childcare and house manager experience with references

-Always maintain good, open, and honest communication with the parents

-Will be attentive to children’s needs
