Machinist Trainer #ESC7889 Job at Expert Hiring
We are looking for a Machinist Trainer who can provide training on setting up and operating a number of different CNC machine tools to perform a wide range of turning, drilling, milling, tapping, or resistance spot welding operations on precision machined components in a work-cell environment.
What you will be doing:
- Training employees on operating CNC machine tools and more
- Updating and maintaining question bank document.
- Manage training delivery scheduler and coordination with training partners
- Manage administrative coordination for senior members in the organization
- Coordinate learning management delivery through physical modes
- Managing and identifying new learning initiatives
- Preparation and preservation training materials for all the existing and the future products
- Conducting skill Evaluation tests.
Experience you will need:
- Knowledge of operating different CNC Machines
- Excellent communication skills Online and in-person
Experience that is preferred:
- Previous training experience in training
- Previous experience in operating CNC lathe, CNC mill machines
- Employee Competency mapping, evaluation, analysis and training
- Preparation of training syllabus, training materials
Job Type: Contract
Pay: $28.00 - $30.00 per hour
Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
