Plastipak Downstream Technicians use equipment to complete manufacture of plastic containers & prepare products for distribution. Associates take pride in maintaining our high standards of quality products and our clean and safe work environment.

You Will
-
Operate equipment in the finishing stage of production in a safe manner
-
Inspect & remove plastic containers with visual defects
-
Pack products for distribution
-
Clean and maintain equipment to assure optimal operating performance
-
Grow your knowledge and skills through a wide-variety of training & on-the-job experiences
You Have
-
Able to work nights 7 pm – 7 am or days 7 am - 7 pm
-
Schedule cycles are 3 days on, 2 day off, 2 days on, 3 days off
-
Able to work overtime, as needed
-
High school diploma or equivalent
-
Mechanical aptitude & a desire to learn

Able to perform manual packing and material moving duties

Able to read & interpret product specification details

Desire to be a productive team member in a positive work environment

Physical requirement includes able to lift up to 50 pounds with or without a reasonable accommodation
