JOB DESCRIPTION:

We are Currently looking for a Part Time Sales Associate at our 5 Star Luxury Hotel location.

Wheat Holdings LLC was established in 2017 by married couple Molly Shaheen and Huw Collins out of a mutual love for luxury fashion and travel. Since opening, the brand has successfully opened eight boutique locations on the East coast, West coast, and Caribbean! The sales associate role for Wheat Holdings, LLC is expected to be the friendly, helpful face of the retail store. The ideal candidate will represent the Wheat brand with integrity, is passionate about luxury fashion, skilled at cultivating relationships, and has a strong knowledge of the brands we carry including MOTHER, Frank & Eileen, Naadam Cashmere, Brochu Walker, Tom Ford, Stephen Wilson, Re/Done, Citizens of Humanity, Monica Columbia Jewelry, and more.

RESPONSIBILITES:

• Greet customers and make them feel welcome upon entering the store.
• Be a trusted advisor by answering customers questions about products, providing styling suggestions, and being solution oriented.
• Demonstrates a sense of ownership by taking a proactive approach to selling and building client relationships.
• Drive to hit daily, weekly, and monthly team sales goals.
• Track daily sales and count high dollar inventory on hand.
• Maintain housekeeping and visual standards of the store.
• Sending daily opening and closing reports to Heads of Office.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Prior experience in Luxury Sales is a must.
• Clienteling experience is required, an established book of business is a plus.
• Extensive experience in Customer Service.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Must have a positive, high-energy, friendly, outgoing and engaging personality. Must be willing to take the first step to initiate contact with the customers and identify their shopping needs.
• Possess computer skills to operate our retail POS system, Word, Excel and email.
• A self-starter who can perform solo in a small boutique atmosphere.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $19.00 - $25.00 per hour

Shift:

• 4 hour shift
• 8 hour shift

Weekly day range:

• Monday to Friday
• Weekend availability

Ability to commute/relocate:

• Beverly Hills, CA 90211: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)

• Sales: 3 years (Required)
• Retail sales: 3 years (Required)
• Cashiering: 3 years (Required)
• Customer service: 3 years (Required)
