Kennebec Lumber Company has an immediate opening for a Lumber Stacker at the Tamworth NH Division. The primary role of the Lumber Stacker is to work apart of a team and pull boards from a conveyor chain and stack them into carts. This is a crucial point of production and requires excellent attention to detail and hand-eye coordination. The ideal candidate for this position is self-driven, dependable, and eager to be a part of a team.

Responsibilities:

· Stack Lumber into carts following specific guidelines

· Fixing Tags onto finished packs of lumber

· Strapping packs/bundles of lumber with a strapping device

· Understand measurements

· Ability to use a handheld tablet to enter data for lumber packs/bundles

· Maintain good working relationships with all coworkers and management

· Participate, motivate, and support site safety practices

· Other Duties as Assigned

Requirements:

· Ability to work as a team

· Lift up to 50lbs

· Pinch/Grip with hands/fingers

· Stand for long periods of time

· Excellent hand / eye coordination

· Ability to work in all weather conditions

· Attention to detail.
