The Lubricant Sales Professional is responsible for maintaining and expanding regional sales. Sales will focus primarily on products in the Industrial, Oil & Gas, and Heavy-Duty Fleet segments. As a Lubricant Sales Professional, you must be able to maintain and expand customer database within the assigned territory, grow your territory through personal sales activities and understanding the potential customer base. Candidate must be highly motivated.

We offer a competitive salary plus commission.

Required Qualifications:

  • Candidates should have 4 years of experience in outside sales
  • Proven ability to successfully drive the sales process from start to close
  • Experience selling branded lubricant products
  • “Hunter” type attitude
  • Ability to build a positive relationship with new and existing customers
  • Communication skills to effectively work with a variety of individuals and departments
  • Team player
  • Great customer service attitude with ability to conduct business in a professional manner
