Required skills:

· Bachelor of Science degree in Computer and Communications Engineering, Electrical Engineering or similar fields.

· +12 or more years’ experience in Mobile network and related technologies UMTS, LTE, 5G.

· Experience with either AWS, Azure or Oracle is required.

· Experience in a customer-facing technology or engineering role.

  • Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment with internal and external team members.

· Experience working with multiple EPC network nodes.

  • Experience with call flows for 4G, VoLTE, and IMS.
  • Experience with communication protocols and internals (4G, LTE, IMS, IP ).
  • In-depth knowledge of IP/Ethernet networking and Linux systems
  • Prefer knowledge/Experience on 5G-SBA environment.
  • Proficient experience managing Linux, KVM, Openstack, Kubernetes, Open Shift,
  • Experience with deploying micro-services in containers (Docker).
  • Experience working in Ansible & Python
  • Ability to adapt daily to changing technical and business environments.
  • Good analytical and troubleshooting skills.
  • Experience on RAN integration and IP routing and switching
  • Experience with network simulation, diagnostic, troubleshooting.

Job Description:

  • Provide strong knowledge of 3GPP standards including LTE E2E architecture and call flows.
  • Assess and define the LTE network elements onboarding processes.
  • Identify technical requirements based on business specifications and work with Vendor to design network architecture as per 3GPP specifications
  • Support and lead project calls working with appropriate project personnel to resolve and document design issues
  • Generate documentation such as Network Design Documents (NDRs), Lab Engineering plans (LEPs) and test plans
  • Develop MCPTT interface documentation between different vendor systems
  • Support development of TOLs for each software release and assist with validation of test results
  • Review customer-provided detailed design documentation to ensure correct system configuration and operation
  • Troubleshoot issues found in the network, First Field Application (FFA) and Production deployments.
  • Provide status updates to the Project team.
  • Collaborate in the execution of presentations that includes integration and migration status, risk identification and risk mitigation strategies during the project.
  • Write functional requirements/specifications LLD, HLD documents.
  • Research, evaluate, and recommend systems/equipment/technologies based upon client needs.
  • Promote Company Best Practice & Lessons learned.
  • Deliver results within given deadlines.
