Loss Prevention Specialist Job at Costco Wholesale
** Previous and/or Current Retail Loss Prevention Experience Required **
Description:
- Verifiable Retail Loss Prevention experience and skills in the actual process of detecting, observing, apprehending, and interviewing shoplifters.
- Multi-Store location, must have dependable transportation.
- Stores include: Avon, Dedham, Waltham, Everett, Danvers, Nashua.
- Position includes walking sales floor up to 8 hrs per work shift.
- Protects company from both internal and external theft and shrinkage.
- Observes and reports potential safety and security hazards.
- Capable of investigating and detaining subjects when necessary, completes reports, cooperates and partners with law enforcement agencies as needed.
- Candidate should have courtroom-quality report writing and computer skills, excellent observation skills, and experience with handling confidential investigations and information in a professional manner.
- Experienced with analog and/or IP CCTV system operation, video and image review, analysis, and archiving.
- Reports directly to Store Manager and Regional Loss Prevention Manager.
Additional Info:
- LP candidates with minimum of 2+ yrs of proven experience preferred.
