Meadowlake Pet Resort & Training Center is an industry leading facility in the Houston area dedicated to “Making Lives Better for Pets and Their People! Our two locations provide overnight pet lodging, daycare, training, and grooming services, as well as dog birthday parties, themed events, retail, transportation services and so much more! We are currently seeking high-energy, enthusiastic individuals to fill the part time and seasonal positions of Lodging Technician at our 288 South facility, located at 13500 Furman Rd, Houston TX 77047 and our Galleria area facility, located at 6393 Richmond Avenue, Houston TX 77057.
The Lodging Technician is responsible for the care of the dog and cat guests staying with us including taking the dogs out for potty breaks, recording eating and elimination habits, cleaning and sanitizing guest rooms, general cleaning duties throughout the facility like laundry, washing dishes and more. The Lodging Tech will provide loving care to each guest to ensure they leave happy and healthy.
A great candidate for this position will have the following skills:
· A love and passion of animals
· A general knowledge of dog behavior, health, etc.
· Exceptional communication skills
· Desire to learn
· Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
· Extreme attention to detail
· Skilled in time management
